Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights7:00 PM 7:00 AM 12

Shift Notes: 7p 7a; 36 hrs/scheduled 24/hrs/week guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend/Holiday Rotation

OnCall Requirements: TBD

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.

• # of Beds: 20
• Snuggery: Level 1
• Patient census: average 90100 deliveries per month
• EMR: EPIC

* Not required to circulate or scrub cesarean sections

* Responsible for baby in OR and mother in PACU with a second nurse

* A shared leadership model encourages nursing engagement and decisionmaking at the bedside

• 35 YEARS CURRENT EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED THIS IS NONNEGOTIABLE
• 2 years current L&D/LDRP experience
• 2 years of partum experience
• Must be able to care for laboring mothers
• Mother/Baby experience
• Epic Experience
• All certificates active & current
• Ability to read & interpret EFM
• Travel experience encouraged
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
• Clinicians MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns callouts etc... very patientoriented Unit

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License ACLS BLS PERM ADDRESS Facility will not pend license/certs)

• ACLS (AHA)
