Job Title: Expert Application Developer PL/SQL
Location: DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) US
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
Visa: USC GC EADGC and H4

Overview:
As an Expert PL/SQL Software Developer youll design develop and maintain complex PL/SQL applications. Youll work on various databasedriven projects ensuring optimal performance and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures packages functions and triggers.
- Analyse requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for performance.
- Support software installation and deployment across environments.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
- Provide consultation on complex projects leveraging your database expertise.
- Stay updated on PL/SQL and database technologies recommending improvements.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with software developers DBAs and business analysts.
- Promote best practices in coding and database management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 8 years in system analysis design and application implementation.
- Handson experience in the full development life cycle using Oracle technologies (PL/SQL SQL Oracle 10g/11g).
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
- Experience with Oracle 10g/11g Oracle Advanced Queueing and database design.
- Familiarity with JSON XML Query Language and Oracle tools (SQL*Plus SQL Developer TOAD).
Analytical Skills: Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication teamwork and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
- Experience with cloud databases (e.g. Oracle Cloud AWS RDS).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
