Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Information Technology Help Desk Administrator in Thomasville GA. The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support network and system administration troubleshooting and overall information technology assistance on a daytoday basis.
Responsibilities

- Ability to effectively troubleshoot IT issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
Qualifications
- Associates degree and 5 years of IT support and/or IT infrastructure experience or Bachelors degree and 3 years IT support and/or IT infrastructure experience
- 23 years of experience leading direct reports is strongly preferred
- Server hardware installation maintenance and troubleshooting experience (RAID VMWare File Backup and Recovery)
- Microsoft operating systems and applications such as Active Directory Intune SharePoint Office365 and Teams
- Familiar with networking concepts (LAN WAN TCP/IP VLAN WiFi DHCP DNS Ethernet)
- Must be able to make fast decisions where remote supervision is not available. This includes subsequent communication of decision to management in a timely manner with the rationale for making the decision.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and the patience to work with users of all skill levels
- Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently while achieving the desired results on time and within budget.
- Ability to analyze users needs and creatively provide hardware and software solutions which will allow them to function in an efficient and costeffective manner.
- Flexibility to work on and solve various unscheduled projects and problems as they occur throughout the business day.
- Professional Certifications offered by Microsoft or Cisco is a plus
