The successful candidate will have a strong leadership background and the ability to independently drive architectural work. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as the position involves collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture design and implementation of a scalable People Data Platform.
Standardize HR data domains to ensure efficient access and consumption by internal teams.
Oversee the integration of data using cloud technologies while maintaining data security and integrity.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth adoption of the platform and continuous improvement.
Communicate architectural decisions clearly to stakeholders and ensure alignment with the overall technology and business strategy.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Extensive experience as a Solution Architect particularly in data platform development.
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)SAP and data integration.
Strong knowledge of data mesh architecture and microservices.
Familiarity with modern development practices and tools.
Proven leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to manage and engage stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in largescale organizations with complex data ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable data solutions in an enterprise environment.
