CRM & Social media Manager
As CRM & Social Media Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing executing and refining both our customer relationship management strategies and social media presence. You will manage CRM tools to engage nurture and convert leads while overseeing social media channels to grow PlasticFris online community enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
This role is ideal for a datadriven digital marketer with a passion for crafting meaningful customer journeys while being equally savvy in social media storytelling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition retention and engagement for both B2B and D2C audiences.
- Manage and optimize CRM tools (we work with HubSpot) and build segmented campaigns to nurture leads and customers (Mailchimp or the likes).
- Create schedule and post content across social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram TikTok) to grow our audience both paid and organic engage our community and increase brand visibility.
- Engage actively with followers responding to comments messages and fostering conversations in line with PlasticFris mission and tone of voice.
- Collaborate with our creative team on content creationfrom posts to videos stories and graphicsthat align with our sustainability vision and resonate with our audience
- Analyze and report on CRM and social media performance using data to optimize strategies increase engagement and drive conversions
- Coordinate integrated marketing efforts between CRM and social media channels aligning with broader business goals in both B2B and D2C sectors
- Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and social media always finding new ways to engage our community and tell our story
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite to support both CRM and social media content.
Ideal Candidate
To thrive in this role we believe you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM and social media management with a proven track record in both B2B and D2C environments.
- A strong background in content creation and posting with handson experience managing and growing brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience using CRM tools to execute successful campaigns building funnels to improve customer journeys and drive engagement.
- Skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Community management experience actively engaging with followers and building relationships online.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
