Job Description
InfraHire is looking for a Sr. Electrical Design Engineer in Concord MA.
Job Description:
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational abilities. Expertise in building electrical system design and a solid understanding of energy conservation strategies are essential.
Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational abilities. Expertise in building electrical system design and a solid understanding of energy conservation strategies are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team mentor staff and serve as the primary client contact.
- Perform engineering calculations and select appropriate equipment.
- Research and interpret relevant codes and regulations.
- Design electrical systems including renewable energy solutions.
- Conduct feasibility analyses including facility master plan reports.
- Provide sustainable design analysis and reporting.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients vendors and contractors.
- Perform onsite inspections of construction work.
- Assist in marketing efforts for the firm.
Qualifications:
- A current Massachusetts Professional Electrical Engineering license.
- At least 5 years of experience in the design and construction of building electrical and fire alarm systems.
