Job Description
Job Title: Triage Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with incident response teams to analyze and prioritize incoming security alerts and incidents.
- Identify and assess security threats vulnerabilities and risks in a timely manner.
- Escalate incidents to appropriate teams based on severity and complexity.
- Maintain uptodate documentation of incidents actions taken and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide incident status updates and recommendations.
- Use threat intelligence platforms and tools to enhance incident triage and threat detection.
- Support continuous improvement of incident response processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity incident response or a related role.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
- Strong knowledge of common cyber threats vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
- Understanding of network protocols system administration and cybersecurity best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highpressure environment and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
