Job Title: .NET Lead (Health Domain) (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team to deliver highquality .NETbased healthcare solutions.
• Architect design and implement complex software solutions using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements ensuring alignment with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding design and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues optimizing application performance and scalability.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and other relevant standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a .NET Lead role with a strong focus on healthcare applications.
• Expertise in .NET Framework .NET Core C# ASP.NET and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of healthcare systems electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare standards (e.g. HL7 FHIR).
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Azure SQL.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
