Job Title: Payroll Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data including hours worked deductions and benefits.
- Maintain and update payroll records including employee information tax forms and garnishments.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations and laws.
- Prepare and review payroll reports including tax filings and benefit deductions.
- Address and resolve payrollrelated inquiries and discrepancies from employees and management.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Assist with payroll audits and implement improvements to payroll processes.
- Stay uptodate with changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software (e.g. ADP Paychex QuickBooks).
- Experience in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
