Job Title: Payroll Analyst (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data including hours worked deductions and benefits.
• Maintain and update payroll records including employee information tax forms and garnishments.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations and laws.
• Prepare and review payroll reports including tax filings and benefit deductions.
• Address and resolve payrollrelated inquiries and discrepancies from employees and management.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Assist with payroll audits and implement improvements to payroll processes.
• Stay uptodate with changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software (e.g. ADP Paychex QuickBooks).
• Experience in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
