Team Lead Senior Developer ASPNET Core Angular

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead & Senior Developer to spearhead a talented group of five developers focusing on ASP.NET Core and Angular frameworks. This dualrole position is ideal for a seasoned developer with a track record of technical leadership and a passion for mentoring others.

At DuoKey we specialize in cuttingedge key management and encryption solutions for enterprise cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 Salesforce Google and AWS. You will collaborate closely with experts in the field to ensure our clients maintain data sovereignty comply with regulatory requirements and protect their sensitive information. Tasks

• Lead mentor and coach a team of five developers fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Actively contribute as a senior developer specializing in ASP.NET Core and Angular to develop highquality scalable web applications.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring best practices in design coding testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with other team leads and stakeholders to align technical objectives with business goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill enhancement among team members.
• Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Balance handson development work with leadership responsibilities setting a positive example for the team.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with key security frameworks and guidelines such as OWASP Top 10 to ensure secure development practices.
• Should have experience with DevSecOps principles integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline and automating security checks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core for backend development and Angular for frontend development.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent understanding of software development principles design patterns and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful API design microservices architecture and cloudbased environments (Azure AWS).
• Proficient in database technologies (SQL Server MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a senior developer or team lead role with a focus on .NET and Angular frameworks.
• Familiarity with ABP. IO and ASPNETZERO frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• A continuous learner staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
