Job Description
We are looking for an Embedded Software Specialist Service & Continuous Improvement
Are you passionate about not just maintaining but also enhancing existing embedded software solutions Do you enjoy diving deep into products finding new ways to improve performance and expanding functionality We are looking for highperforming professionals to join our Service & Maintenance team where your expertise will drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Tasks
What Youll Do:
- Take ownership of existing software products ensuring their stability performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve complex issues while proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement enhancements to existing products adding new features and optimizing performance.
- Collaborate closely with development teams sharing insights and suggestions for product evolution.
- Analyze product performance data to recommend strategic improvements and extend the product palette.
Requirements
What Youll Need:
- A degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on Embedded Software.
- Several years of experience in embedded software maintenance service or support roles.
- Strong programming skills in C and C.
- Experience with Embedded Linux or RTOS (e.g. freeRTOS Zephyr) is essential.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
