Job Title: Telecommunications (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Create and post job advertisements for various telecommunications roles.
• Source candidates through job boards social media and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assess and provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and job market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications roles and industry.
• Proven experience in recruitment particularly within the telecommunications sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
