Job Title: Telecommunications (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Create and post job advertisements for various telecommunications roles.
- Source candidates through job boards social media and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assess and provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers and extend offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications roles and industry.
- Proven experience in recruitment particularly within the telecommunications sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
