Project Manager-Construction

• You are responsible for managing largescale construction projects.
  
• You carry out all the technical and administrative procedures linked to your various projects.
  
• You develop construction details manufacturing plans as well as assembly plans.
  
• You are responsible for monitoring projects completely until assembly by field teams.
  
• You carry out site handovers as well as final invoicing.
  
• You play a key role as advisor to agents.
  

Requirements

• You have successful experience in the construction of facades roofing or locksmithing.
  
• You have validated and confirmed experience in project management: monitoring of working times responses to calls for tenders purchase orders and invoicing.
  
• You have excellent knowledge of MSOffice.
  
• You are capable of taking charge of largescale projects thanks to your reliability your autonomy and your organization.
  
• Fluent in French language.
