Regardless of the industry the overall objectives of a business analyst are to review and
analyze current and proposed business operations. Oftentimes they will review financial
statements KPIs and other key metrics and then consider options for improvement. Project
Manager will assess the overall effectiveness of a business and its departments to devise
solutions to problems.
Year of Experience: 3 yrs
Education Required: BTech BE etc with 70% aggregate marks
12th 70% and above
10th 70% and above
CTC post Probation Period: 10 12 LPA (Lakhs per annum) based on the
performance of the candidate.
Requirements:
Strong project management skills with a focus on planning organizing and executing
projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope objectives deliverables and
resource requirements. Develop project plans schedules and budgets. Ensure
adherence to project timelines monitor progress and proactively address any potential
issues or risks.
Utilize knowledge of sprints and agile methodologies to plan and execute project tasks
ensuring efficient and effective project management.
Serve as a Scrum Master facilitating daily standups sprint planning retrospectives
and other Scrum ceremonies to drive the teams adherence to agile principles.
Oversee and manage the operations of tech projects ensuring timely and successful
delivery.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams fostering a collaborative and
positive work environment. Assign tasks monitor team performance and provide
guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of project milestones.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify assess and manage project risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and minimize project impact.
Implement effective change management strategies as necessary.
Presenting concepts and results at meetings
Coaching and training employees
Developing ideas in accordance with the demands and needs of the business
Creating projects and monitoring their development
Cooperating with stakeholders
