    At Eclectic Array we take pride in fostering meaningful change by supporting indigenous artisans through fair trade and sustainable practices. We collaborate with local organizations fund community kitchens that provide over 10000 meals monthly and lead efforts like the Unity Project which raises vital funds for childrens medical care in Los Cabos. By giving artisans the opportunity to showcase their craft we also ensure that were giving back to underserved communities in impactful ways.


    Purpose of the Position

    As the Operations Manager for our retail stores you hold a pivotal role in ensuring theseamless of operational functions throughout our establishments. Yourleadership serves as the cornerstone for fostering efficiency enhancing sales performanceand aligning operational strategies with our overarching business objectives tailoredspecifically to our retail environment. With a steadfast commitment to strategic planningand meticulous you oversee a comprehensive range of operational endeavorsmeticulously tailored to the unique dynamics of each retail store. Your responsibilities areintegral to orchestrating a harmonious synergy of processes protocols and personnel allaimed at advancing our retail enterprise towards sustained growth and prosperity in acompetitive retail landscape.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daytoday store operations procedures and protocols to ensure seamless and efficient processes ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor store performance metrics such as sales targets and customer satisfaction scores and take corrective actions as needed to drive continuous improvement and meet or exceed performance goals.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the stores resulting in increased sales revenue and profitability.
    • Lead and mentor the sales team setting clear objectives providing ongoing training and support and fostering a culture of high performance resulting in improved sales performance and employee engagement.
    • Analyze sales data market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisionmaking and optimize sales performance leading to informed and effective sales strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing and finance teams to align sales and operational strategies with overall business objectives ensuring synergy and alignment across departments.
    • Give accurate feedback to the team based on observations through video and inperson interactions providing constructive criticism and praise where warranted to foster individual and collective growth and improvement in performance.
    • Drive continuous improvement in sales operations and customer experience resulting in enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve team issues and concerns promptly and effectively to foster a positive work environment enhance team cohesion and improve overall productivity.
    • As needed develop and implement operational policies and procedures to standardize store operations fostering consistency and compliance with company standards and regulations leading to improved operational performance.
    • Ensure that operational and sales activities and outcomes are aligned with the overarching strategic goals and objectives of the organization contributing to organizational growth and success through the achievement of strategic priorities and initiatives.

      Requirements and competences to work with us

      Education

      • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.

      Experience

      • Proven experience in retail operations management
      • Experience in developing sales strategies.
