Foreman Supervisor Aluminum

• Recruitment & Evaluation: Use your 10 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in aluminum facade fitting and installation to recruit top talent and assess their technical capabilities.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct detailed evaluations of candidates skills in glass window installation curtain walling and other facade systems through handson assessments and practical tests.
• Visa & IELTS Support: Ensure candidates complete the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with the appropriate local administering body as part of the visa process. You will not be responsible for teaching English but ensuring candidates meet this requirement for relocation.
• InPerson Interviews: Travel to key regions in Vietnam (Hanoi Capital Region Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area and others) to meet candidates in person observe their skills and lead technical evaluations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and project teams to ensure that recruitment aligns with company standards and project timelines.
• EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to skill evaluation visa facilitation and final selection.

• 10 years of experience in Aluminum Fitting & Installation particularly with facades glass windows and curtain wall systems.
• Strong knowledge of facade engineering installation practices and standards.
• Proven supervisory or foreman experience within the aluminum facade industry.
• Business Professional English proficiency or better.
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam to assess candidates in person.
