Job Description
- Lead and manage a development team ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Design and implement scalable and robust project architectures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and develop new features.
- Develop and maintain highquality code for both the front end (React) and back end (Node.js).
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure software development best practices are followed and adhered to across the team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Oversee deployments and infrastructure management using AWS services.
- 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in Node.js JavaScript and React for frontend and backend development.
- Strong understanding of AWS services for cloudbased infrastructure management.
- Handson experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL MongoDB or similar.
- Experience in leading teams and managing software development life cycles.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
