Job Description

The customer is looking for a project manager for an assignment as a project manager for predevelopment projects and product planning. In the role you will work with the customers product strategy and strategic choices to ensure that the customers project portfolio matches the customers future needs in the long term. At the same time the projects need to align with the current product ensuring that the products modularization and the overall strategy are in place.

In parallel with the strategic issues you will work on predevelopment projects with crossfunctional concept development. In the role you will coordinate projects broadly within the company often towards senior engineers and managers. You will have close contact with the market and the customer but spend most of your time on sync within R&D.

KRAVPROFIL

You are an engineer at heart with at least five years of experience of successful project management in product development. You should have experience of working with strategic issues within R&D.

As a person you are committed structured and like a high pace. You see opportunities and solutions where others see problems. You have courage and have a good ability to develop and maintain a wide network of contacts at all levels and you are comfortable presenting and reporting to larger groups. You can easily understand the big picture and have the ability to make strategic discussions land in concrete actions.
