Job Description

Fleet Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To arrange the required number of vendors and drivers as per the contract requirement.
2. To hand over the yellow books to the drivers well before the beginning monthly service cycle.
3. To collect log sheets ( duly complete in all aspects) and vendor bills.
4. Bill submission to client and taking receiving.
5. To focus on payment from corporate and accordingly ensuring payment details.
6. To periodically inspect the vehicles and accordingly raise job request if required.
7. To attend regular meetings and attending calls from client/vendors & Drivers.
8. To take initiative for the sale of OLD vehicles.
9. To make the vendors understand about the vehicle finance scheme and also to groom them about the quality of service they are supposed to render.
10. To escalate any unresolved issue to Team Manager.
11. To do the physical verification of vendors and drivers
12. To provide the attendance of drivers.
13. To handover the list of vehicles to the concerned team for state tax deduction.
14. To ensure VTMS (Internal Software) is updated against rebooking or any other change.
15. To ensure handover/ takeover of vehicles is done.
16. To coordinate with H.O.D Finance for old outstanding.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Graduate in Business Administration Fleet Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 13 years in fleet management (car rental). Familiarity with fleet management software payment tracking systems and vehicle inspection protocols.
3. Salary package upto 3.5 lpa.
4. Proven track record of handling operational issues and finding quick resolutions.
5. Strong understanding of delivering highquality service to corporate clients.
6. Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and the ability to recognize when repairs are needed.
7. Knowledge of billing vendor payments and financial schemes for vendors.
8. Understanding of state tax regulations and compliance related to fleet operations.
Must Have:
Two Wheeler.
