Overview

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and development teams to create intuitive responsive interfaces using HTML and CSS
• Assist in the implementation of design mockups into functional web elements
• Optimize web assets for maximum speed and scalability
• Support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HTML/CSS
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of existing websites
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in HTML/CSS development
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to HTML/CSS development
• Work on crossbrowser compatibility and responsive design
• Help in the development and of A/B testing on web assets
• Assist in the creation of accessible web content and experiences
• Contribute to the optimization of web pages for search engines
• Support the integration of thirdparty services and web APIs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for web development projects
• Assist in the identification and resolution of technical SEO issues

Required qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field
• Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 and their best practices
• Working knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap Foundation or Materialize
• Familiarity with responsive design and crossbrowser development
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and its interaction with HTML/CSS
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and a team player mindset
• Passion for web development and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
• Previous internship or project experience in HTML/CSS development is a plus
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for web development
• Keen attention to detail and ability to translate design mockups into code accurately
• Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools
• Ability to selfmotivate and work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
