Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivatedWordPress Developerto join our dynamic team in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of handson experience in WordPress development with a strong foundation in website design plugin integration and theme customization. As a WordPress Developer you will be responsible for building maintaining and improving websites for a variety of clients ensuring they are optimized responsive and userfriendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- WordPress Development:Design develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Website Customization:Customize existing WordPress themes templates and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing:Identify and resolve website issues bugs and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Site Optimization:Ensure websites are optimized for speed security SEO and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the design marketing and content teams to deliver highquality userfriendly websites.
- Client Support:Provide technical support and maintenance for existing WordPress websites including regular updates and troubleshooting.
- Code Quality & Standards:Write clean scalable and welldocumented code adhering to industry best practices and WordPress coding standards.
- Security & Performance:Implement security measures to protect websites from vulnerabilities and enhance site performance.
- Testing & Debugging:Perform regular testing and debugging to ensure optimal website performance across different browsers and devices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:14 years of handson WordPress development experience including theme and plugin development.
- Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of PHP HTML CSS JavaScript and MySQL.
- Theme & Plugin Customization:Experience in customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements.
- Responsive Design:Familiarity with responsive design practices and mobilefirst development.
- SEO Best Practices:Understanding of basic SEO techniques to optimize websites for search engines.
- Version Control:Experience using version control tools like Git for code collaboration and version management.
- Familiarity with Page Builders:Experience working with popular page builders like Elementor WPBakery etc.
- Performance Optimization:Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques including caching and image optimization.
- Security Best Practices:Understanding of WordPress security practices and tools to prevent security breaches.
- Educational Qualification:Any Graduate..
- Soft Skills:Strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of WooCommerce for ecommerce websites.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating thirdparty services.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation for responsive design.
