Overview:
The International Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM) in Remote Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Virtual Assistance (VA) plays a critical role in expanding the companys business in international markets. This role is essential for identifying and developing new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving sales growth globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential clients and markets internationally.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the companys international client base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Leading and participating in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with international clients.
- Driving sales and revenue growth through effective business development strategies.
- Participating in international industry events and conferences to promote the companys services.
- Assessing and analyzing international market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to international clients.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential international clients.
- Creating and maintaining a strong sales pipeline of international prospects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record in international business development and sales.
- Experience in Remote Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Virtual Assistance (VA) services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of international market dynamics and business cultures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
