Overview:
The Trainee Hiring Data Analyst position is an entrylevel role responsible for supporting the recruitment team with data analysis and insights to drive hiring strategies and decisions. The role is crucial in ensuring that our hiring processes are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting organizing and analyzing hiring data
- Support the development and maintenance of hiring metrics and reports
- Conduct adhoc analysis to support hiring initiatives and projects
- Assist in identifying trends and patterns in hiring data
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand data analysis requirements
- Participate in training programs to develop data analysis skills
- Contribute to the improvement of hiring processes through datadriven insights
- Assist in the creation of data visualizations and dashboards
- Generate reports and presentations for hiring stakeholders
- Adhere to data privacy and compliance regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
- Understanding of data visualization principles
- Detailoriented with strong attention to accuracy
