Mandatory Skill: Agile & or Lean Six Sigma certifications
Job Description
Strong experience in managing Data project e.g. DWH BI Data Lake etc.
Must have experience to manage at least team of 15 people.
Understanding and experience in project finance schedule quality planning audit etc. Strong Customer management skill Additional project management
Agile or Lean Six Sigma certifications from accredited institution (e.g. PMI or ASQ) preferred.
Understanding of basic data warehousing principals and concepts and technical knowledge related to Data Management Business Intelligence Data Analytics
or IT strongly preferred. Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies and projects.
Preferred: Experience with ETL and data warehouse/data mart development teams. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment including backlog
aging and tracking burndown metrics velocity and capacity planning. Experience leading and administering Agile projects using Agile tool such as Jira git or
similar project management system (e.g. VersionOne Teamwork Confluence etc.).
Strong background in project management and process improvement. Familiar with System Development Life Cycle CI/CD and DevOps.) Conflict resolution
and able to quickly work through blockers.
Candidate must excel in communication/presentation skills both oral and written and tailor communication to various levels of the organization.
