Job Description
Overview
The Elastic Path Developer plays a crucial role in TCS by developing and maintaining Ecommerce solutions using the Elastic Path platform. They are responsible for the technical implementation of Ecommerce projects and ensuring the stability and scalability of the systems.
Role: Elastic Path Developer
Required Technical Skill Set: Having experience in Elastic Path Spring JMS Java API for Restful Web Services Apache Camel React Node.js Postgres
Desired Experience Range : 4 to 8
Location of Requirement :Mumbai / Hyderabad /Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Ecommerce solutions using Elastic Path
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements
- Design build and maintain APIs and microservices
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
- Implement and integrate thirdparty systems and services
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Ecommerce platform
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Stay updated with the latest Elastic Path features and best practices
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in developing Ecommerce solutions with Elastic Path
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks
- Expertise in API design and integration
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of modern web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript
- Understanding of cloud platforms and serverless technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
