Job Description
- 5 years of industry experience in designing implementing and supporting a distributed highly available storage infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms with a systematic approach to problemsolving.
- Experience working in production SaaS cloudhosted environments.
- Expertise in cloud computing technologies such as AWS VMware Azure or IBM Cloud.
- Programming skills in scripting languages or languages like Go Python C/C Java etc.
- Proficiency in writing debugging and maintaining automation scripts and code using tools like Bash Ansible Python Java or Golang.
- Handson experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes (IKS GCE) RedHat OpenShift and Docker.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Tekton Ansible Tower Terraform GitHub and JIRA.
- Knowledge of metrics monitoring and logging tools like statsd ELK PagerDuty Slack Prometheus Elasticsearch and Logstash.
- Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency in administering configuring optimizing and monitoring services or servers at scale.
- Experience with modern container systems like Docker Vagrant Rancher AWS Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible Chef and Puppet.
- Ability to set up network interfaces and ports within containers with knowledge of solutions like AWS ECS.
- Understanding of networking concepts including VPCs subnets security groups and NAT gateways.
- Familiarity with both RDBMS and NoSQL cluster management as well as performance tuning.
