Overview
As an AI/ML Engineer in our organization you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining cuttingedge AI and machine learning solutions. You will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive actionable insights from data. Your work will contribute to the advancement of our AIdriven products and services and you will have the opportunity to work with stateoftheart technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Designing and developing machine learning models and algorithms.
- Participating in the entire model development lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing to training and deployment.
- Conducting statistical analysis and deriving meaningful insights from large complex datasets.
- Collaborating with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Optimizing and finetuning existing machine learning models for improved performance and scalability.
- Researching and implementing new AI and machine learning techniques to enhance existing solutions.
- Conducting experiments to validate model performance and accuracy.
- Assisting in the development of data infrastructure and pipelines to support machine learning workflows.
- Staying current with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Documenting model development experimentation and results for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the AI/ML development process and infrastructure.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the AI/ML team.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Solid programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch or scikitlearn.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms data structures and computational complexity.
- Experience working with largescale realworld datasets and implementing data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices version control systems and agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment and drive projects to successful completion.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP for deploying and managing machine learning infrastructure is a plus.
- Understanding of distributed computing parallel processing and GPU acceleration for machine learning tasks is desirable.
- Strong problemsolving skills creativity and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and technologies in a dynamic work environment.
- Publications patents or contributions to the AI/ML community are considered a strong asset.
- Certifications in machine learning deep learning or related domains are a plus.
