Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented US Healthcare Recruiter to join our MNC client in Pune.
Job Title: U.S. Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Onsite Pune (Maharashtra)
Experience: 3 Years
Shift Timing: IST 15:00 to 12:00 ( Monday to Friday)
Package: Between 812 LPA
No of Positions: 3
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 02 years plus experience in handling Healthcare US clients.
Must have strong experience with hiring positions like Doctors Senior Management HODs
Possess an understanding of US visa terms process and US employment legal requirements.
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the fulllife recruitment cycle starting from sourcing to negotiations.
Able to Understand the nature of the healthcare requirements and work on different Healthcare clients across the US.
Sourcing candidates using different portals based on the job description and the skill set requirements. Involved in Executive Search on job boards like Career Builder Dice Monster Techfetch and social media sourcing through Linkedin Facebook and Google Search.
Screening the profiles according to the job description while asking relevant probing questions.
Discussing and negotiating the pay rate and the employment type with the candidate.
Submitting relevant profiles to the client while supporting other requisitions simultaneously
Conducting cold calls and maintaining a database to follow up with potential candidates
Good sourcing skills with the ability to create Boolean search strings.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Player
Disciplined and Punctual.
Ready to work in a highpaced environment and learn new systems tools and technology
