Job Summary:
The SEO Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the unique demands of our overseas markets. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of international SEO including keyword research content optimization and linkbuilding strategies that align with local search behaviors and cultural nuances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct indepth keyword research to identify hightraffic relevant keywords for different regions. Tailor keyword strategies to match the search behavior of local audiences.
- OnPage SEO: Optimize website content meta tags and other onpage elements to improve
- search engine rankings in target markets. Ensure content is culturally relevant and engaging for
- local audiences.
- Technical SEO: Monitor and improve the technical aspects of our websites including site speed
- mobile responsiveness URL structure and crawlability to ensure optimal performance across all
- devices and regions.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize content that aligns
- with local SEO strategies. Ensure all content is both SEOfriendly and culturally appropriate for
- the target audience.
- Link Building: Develop and execute linkbuilding campaigns that focus on acquiring highquality
- backlinks from local authoritative websites.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and
- adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google
- Analytics Google Search Console and other SEO software. Provide actionable insights to
- improve ranking and traffic.
- Localization: Work with local teams to adapt SEO strategies for different languages search
- engines and user behaviors in various regions.
- Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest SEO trends algorithms and best practices
- particularly those relevant to international SEO.
Education/Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications IT or a related field.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on international or overseas
- markets.
- Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and traffic in global markets.
- Expertise in using SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO including site architecture crawlability and mobile
- optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of different search engines beyond Google.
- Familiarity with various content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in crossfunctional
- and crosscultural teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
