Job Description
Overview:
The Solution/Data Architect Azure/AWS/GCP/Snowflake/Data Bricks plays a crucial role in designing implementing and managing data solutions for the organization. They are responsible for understanding business requirements designing scalable and reliable data architectures and optimizing data processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organizations data infrastructure meets current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and implement scalable and optimized data architectures on Azure AWS GCP Snowflake and Data Bricks
- Develop data models database design and data flow processes
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory standards
- Optimize data storage retrieval and processing for performance and costefficiency
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development and operations teams
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data infrastructure
- Identify and troubleshoot data infrastructure issues
- Document architecture and processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of data solutions with business goals
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data solutions
- Implement best practices for data integration transformation and analytics
- Lead and participate in data solution planning and strategy
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and cloud technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a data architect or solution architect in cloud environments
- Demonstrated expertise in Azure AWS GCP Snowflake and Data Bricks
- Strong understanding of data modeling database design and data management
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with big data technologies and frameworks
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certifications in relevant cloud and data technologies (e.g. Azure Architect AWS Solutions Architect GCP Professional Data Engineer) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data solutions
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is desirable
