My client an international Law firm in the heart of Frankfurt are currently seeking a Front office and events coordinator.
Tasks
- Answering phone calls professionally and routinely in both German and English and forward relevant messages efficiently.
- Planning organising and managing meetings and events with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Coordinating parcel and courier services as well as handling invoices completes your range of tasks.
- You take responsibility for your tasks within fixed working hours according to our shift system between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in hospitality or administration.
- You have already gained some initial work experience at the reception (ideally in a law firm or consulting environment).
- Fluent German & English and ability to deal with enquiries in those languages.
- Confident and friendly manner.
