Tasks

• You will lead one or more of our software development projects in collaboration with one of our Tech Leads taking responsibility for the entire project cycle from planning to completion.
• In close coordination with our clients you will gather requirements develop concepts and translate them into applications that meet user needs.
• You will leverage our proven Sidestream processes across all project phases and utilize the expertise of our internal specialists to efficiently manage projects.
• You will lead teams of 25 software developers (all inhouse in Germany) and ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
• You will create and maintain tasks on GitHub conduct functional reviews and depending on your strengths delve deep into technical aspects such as mastering the command line.
• You will mentor several junior developers conduct feedback sessions and support their development.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role e.g. in a software development agency or digital consultancy.
• You are handson organized and have strong communication skills.
• You have a deep understanding of software products.
• Optional: Previous experience as a software developer.
• Very good German and English skills to communicate effectively with our entire team.
