Tasks
- You will lead one or more of our software development projects in collaboration with one of our Tech Leads taking responsibility for the entire project cycle from planning to completion.
- In close coordination with our clients you will gather requirements develop concepts and translate them into applications that meet user needs.
- You will leverage our proven Sidestream processes across all project phases and utilize the expertise of our internal specialists to efficiently manage projects.
- You will lead teams of 25 software developers (all inhouse in Germany) and ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
- You will create and maintain tasks on GitHub conduct functional reviews and depending on your strengths delve deep into technical aspects such as mastering the command line.
- You will mentor several junior developers conduct feedback sessions and support their development.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role e.g. in a software development agency or digital consultancy.
- You are handson organized and have strong communication skills.
- You have a deep understanding of software products.
- Optional: Previous experience as a software developer.
- Very good German and English skills to communicate effectively with our entire team.
