Overview:
The HR Executive plays a critical role in the success of the organization by managing various human resource functions and supporting the overall HR strategy. They are responsible for recruiting training developing and maintaining the organizations human capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurturing a positive working environment
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
- Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Managing and renewing company policies and procedures
- Implementing and revising a company s compensation program
- Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans
- Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of HR administrative tasks
- Handling disciplinary matters and disputes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or relevant field. Master s degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Handson experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office
- Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Experience in performance management and evaluation systems
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Problemsolving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
