Job Description
- Experience in handling vehicle durability testing preferably in 2wheeler domain
- On Road Testing & Log maintenance of test details
- Handson experience in instrumentation of sensors like Strain Gauges Accelerometers LVDT Force Transducers and its integration with DAQ.
- Road Load Data Acquisition & Analysis
- Data legitimacy check and cleaning based on acquired data
- To calculate damage for target life of vehicle Structural components deriving accelerated test profile for structural durability & component level fatigue test
- Devise and organise methods to test a new component which doesn t have an existing testing method or standard by collecting actual data on road condition.
- Component and Vehicle level test setup preparation
- Test fixture designing and manufacturing experience
- Skilled in problem solving techniques.
- Should be able to handle hardware such as Simens SCADAS EDAQ
- Analysis experience in software such as nCODE & LMS Test lab
- Basic knowledge on EV components and its behaviour.
- Prior experience of working with sensors and data acquisition systems
- Hands on knowledge in designing tools like Solidworks is an added advantage
