We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team and help us expand our customer base and market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation.
- Actively seek out and engage with new sales leads through cold calling networking and social media
- .Build and maintain strong relationships with current & potential clients and partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct market analysis & market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the other team to create and execute campaigns that drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Simultaneous contribution in R&D and other required projects like gathering/maintaining a database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline. Preferred if its in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software Tools like Zoominfo Market Research Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
