Job Summary :
As an advertising client servicing manager youll work as a link between the agency and its clients. Youll be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. You may also be known as an account handler.
It is vital to understand the needs of your clients which youll learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns often on a daily basis. Youll also manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling marketing projects along with digital campaigns from ideation to
- Collaborating with design planning projects management and teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects
- Lead and manage a team ensuring smooth workflow effective communication and timely project delivery
- Foster a collaborative work environment encouraging innovation and high standards in delivering ATL advertising campaigns
- Creating and maintaining client documents and client interaction archives
- Present creative work to clients for approval/modification
- Optimum utilization of internal resources and teams to increase productivity and client satisfaction.
- Keeping open channels of communication with each client that can be employed effectively by other departments
- Keeping clients in the loop regarding updates progress and of campaigns
- Measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms
- Generating budget estimates and obtaining approvals on the same from clients.
Experience and Qualifications :
- Candidates must have at least 2 year of experience in team management or leadership with a strong understanding of ATL (Above the Line) advertising along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Post graduation in Marketing/advertising
- Ability to juggle clients while also prioritizing individual requirements
- Being responsible for individual as well as team performance
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to make skillful oral and written presentations
- Capacity to conduct thorough research and competitive analysis of clients and their competitors
- Ability to adapt adjust and perform with discipline and common sense
- Fluent ( listening & speaking ) in basic languages i.e English & Hindi
Salary Range : 9.60 LPA
