Job Description

We are collaborating with a renowned Outsourcing/BPO company to find a passionate and motivated Swiss Germanspeaking B2B Sales Executive for their Valencia office.

Position: B2B Sales Executive (Swiss German)
Location: Valencia Spain
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative relationshipfocused approach.
  • Business Development: Build a sustainable environment for growth within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and develop longterm strategies while staying aware of competitor activities.
  • Sales Expansion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Proposals & Profitability: Prepare compelling commercial and technical proposals with a strong focus on driving profitability.
  • Sales Targets: Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.
  • Activity Management: Track manage and report on sales pipeline and ongoing activities.
  • Customer Support: Respond to and resolve incoming customer and partner inquiries in a timely manner.


Your Profile

Qualifications:
  • Sales Expertise: Solid sales background ideally in B2B environments.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German (C2) with Swiss German being a big plus and professionallevel English.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • GoalOriented: Motivated and resultsdriven with a focus on achieving targets.
  • SelfStarter: Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Channel Experience: Previous experience working with sales channels is highly preferred.
  • Sales Savvy: Prior experience in B2B sales with a keen understanding of business strategies.
