Responsibilities:
First 30 Days:
Collaborate with a senior Account Manager/Program Manager to support the hiring pipeline for assigned portfolio companies.
Utilize Weekday s database to source candidates and participate in regular checkin calls with client company founders.
Next 60 Days:
Work closely with the Chief Operations Officer (Sanjay).
Assume full responsibility for hiring in your assigned portfolio companies including leading checkin calls candidate sourcing and resolving any recruitment obstacles.
After First 90 Days:
Manage your portfolio with the support of a sourcing recruiter and Assistant Program Manager.

Your primary focus will be on existing client satisfaction; however delivering exceptional service can lead to referrals.

Your day will involve checkin calls with clients responding to queries providing updates and sourcing candidates for their requirements.
