We are seeking a VP of Sales to strategically drive our SaaS business from $5M to $10M in ARR. This role is suited for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in B2B sales ideally within the proptech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Develop and manage sales dashboards and metrics reporting.
- Oversee CRM management deal pipeline and sales forecasting.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Recruit train and lead a newly established sales team.
- Monitor and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Partner with product development to customize solutions for client needs.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to the executive team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min 2 years as VP of Sales from Hospitality Tech is must
- Proven expertise in SaaS B2B sales.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
