Job brief We are looking for a candidate to manage our Coworking space the work responsibility shall involve Lead generation Lead Conversion space management Digital content management and Coworking Space Operations. Responsibilities ( Operations Manager) 1. Sales and Business Development Attracting New Members & Partnerships Outreach and Marketing: Actively promoting the coworking space to potential new members through various channels. Tours and Onboarding: Providing tours for prospective members and ensuring new members are introduced to the community and the facility s amenities. Retention: Implementing strategies to keep existing members engaged and satisied. Partnership Building: Developing relationships with other businesses to offer discounts/beneits for members and connecting members to partner companies. 2. Community Management Supporting Existing Members Building Relationships: Getting to know members understanding their needs and potential collaborations among them. Conlict Resolution: Addressing and resolving any issues or disputes within the community. Gathering Feedback: Instituting regular feedback mechanisms to enhance services and amenities. 3. Administrative and Operations Space and External Relationships Space Management: Manage all deployed manpower like security housekeeping and other administrative staff Supplier Relationships: Managing relationships with various suppliers from tech vendors to cleaning services ensuring smooth operations. Partnership Management: Handling the operational aspects of partnerships from agreement terms to the delivery of partnership beneits. 4. Reception Services Being the Face of the Space: Call Handling: Being the irst point of contact answering and directing calls appropriately. Scheduling: Organizing and conirming space tours for potential members. Warm Welcomes: Ensuring every member feels greeted and acknowledged upon entering the space. Mail Management: Systematically organizing incoming mail packages and deliveries for members. Requirements and skills Work experience as an Operation Manger/sales (12 Years). Excellent Communication skills. Basic Knowledge of Computer (Microsoft Of ice). strong Leadership: Directing a team and managing a diverse community with ease. Effective Communication: Engaging with members and staff to foster an inclusive environment. Proven Problemsolving Abilities: Quickly resolving issues to maintain operational continuity. Relevant Experience and Education: A background in management or hospitality with education that supports business acumen.
