Job Description
Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer Data Platform
Experience: 5 years
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Pune
Shift: Time zone overlap time with US 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST
- Passionate engineers with at least 5 years of experience delivering innovative software solutions that are scalable secure and easy to maintain.
- The ideal candidate thrives in team settings enjoys pair programming and focuses on delivering value.
- Web applications are React Node.js/Typescript our data platform is a data lake in AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders. You will collaborate with Forge s product design information security and business team members
- Develop concise articulate and detailed documentation
- Leverage Agile and Lean practices
- Be able to gather requirements and plan actionable tasks for the team
- Design implement and maintain datadriven web applications
- Design build and maintain automated unit and integration tests
- Support healthy system operations and ensure high levels of availability are achieved. Be part of the oncall rotation during business hours
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or equivalent years of working experience in the field
- 5 years of software engineering experience in web development
- Experience developing with React and Node.js/Typescript
- Extensive experience in building Rest API and familiarity with GraphQL SQL Data modeling and Data cleanup experience
- Experience developing multitier web applications using modern techniques (Containers k8s CI/CD OpenAPI AWS cloud)
- Proven track record of teamwork and delivery
- Fintech or Financial services industry experience is a plus
Nice to have:
- Data Visualization experience (like Nivio Charts Chart.js D3.js)
- Experience in JavaScript frameworks like NestJS Refine.js or Next.js
- Experience with modern data patterns (data lake pipelines etc.) and python
