Client Servicing Role Job Description
Conduct regular research on market and competition and be apprised of the latest Industry trends.
Developing new business from existing clients and also actively seek new sales opportunities.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring smooth project handling.
Understanding the client s needs and the internal resources available throughout the project cycle and effectively managing interdepartmental coordination to ensure ontime work delivery
Coordinating cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables like production operations design and marketing.
Managing project costs budgets and client deliverables.
Creating project dockets including creative briefs budgets timeline docs and project folders.
Multitasking on projects and being actively involved during production and onsite as well.
Showing ability in exercising good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication administrative and organizational skills.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree with a concentration in creative marketing events or business administration preferred.
Experience Required: 12 years of work experience as a Relationship Manager Key Account Manager Sales Account Manager or relevant role. Preferred from a creative agency background.
