Required qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Event Management Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing event technology operations preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and logistical skills to coordinate technology requirements for various events.
• Excellent team leadership and people management abilities to drive high performance.
• Problemsolving skills to address technical issues and ensure smooth event .
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced event environment.
• Sound financial acumen to manage event technology budgets and expenses efficiently.
• Proficiency in event management software IT systems and relevant industry tools.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate event technology performance and identify areas for improvement.
