Provide services for a gaming brand known for its popular video game consoles. It offers a vast library of games both exclusive titles and thirdparty releases and supports online gaming. It also includes other services which provide online multiplayer access free games and other benefits for the subscribers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer service by phone and email;
- Professional technical support service;
- Support in using products installing and synchronizing software and devices;
- Effective assistance and advice when purchasing products;
Requirements:
- German level C1 or C2
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Offer:
- 40h week Monday to Friday
- Salary without accommodation: 1500 gross / month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
Relocation package:
- Airport pickup and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Accommodation in the city discounted from the salary then salary would be 1030 euros gross
