We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to represent our clients and transform their needs into exceptional SaaS products. In this role you will collaborate closely with our engineering design and business development teams to devise effective strategies for product features and roadmaps that address realworld logistics challenges. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial planning through development launch and retirement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Technical Projects: Oversee technical projects for a diverse portfolio of clients ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client needs.
- Strategic Planning: Engage in visioning product planning road mapping and release planning. Address and resolve defects efficiently.
- Analyze Use Cases: Utilize analytics platforms to examine complex use cases enhance product usability and simplify user experiences.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to refine processes and develop scalable solutions.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical .
- Market Research: Conduct market research to gather requirements for current and future products through various channels including direct customer interactions.
- Roadmap Development: Prepare maintain and advocate for the product roadmap outlining enhancements for both shortterm and longterm releases.
- Effective Communication: Clearly communicate product solutions and offerings to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of product deliverables including PRD (Product Requirements Document) and Knowledge Base.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging IT and technical trends.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with engineers UX designers content writers support teams sales and marketing to deliver solutions that address customer challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Master s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Management Statistics or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of continuous work experience in a similar role.
- Service Orientation: Strong focus on client service and satisfaction.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent clientfacing and internal communication abilities with a keen understanding of user experience and design principles.
- Organizational Skills: Proactive quickthinking and selfmotivated with strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
