Role Overview:
As a PreSales Manager you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in positioning fintech solutions.. The role involves crafting detailed responses to RFI/RFPs leading solutionselling initiatives and delivering compelling demos to clients. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and the company s product offerings ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation & RFP/RFI Management:
- Prepare and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) from telecom clients ensuring alignment with the companys fintech solutions.
- Develop detailed technical documentation to outline how the fintech products address specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales product legal and technical) to ensure RFP responses are accurate relevant and tailored
- Maintain a repository of templates and documentation to expedite future RFI/RFP processes.
2. Solution Selling & Strategy:
- Understand customer business requirements and map the company s fintech solutions to meet those needs within the telecom space.
- Develop compelling solution strategies showcasing how fintech products can improve customers operational efficiency payment solutions and digital banking experiences.
- Partner with the sales team to deliver customized solutions for clients building a solid business case for each prospect.
3. Client Presentations & Demos:
- Lead product demos and presentations to potential customers articulating the technical and business benefits of the company s fintech solutions.
- Design tailored demo environments to simulate realworld use cases highlighting the value proposition of fintech services.
- Participate in client meetings to address technical and functional queries helping to advance sales conversations to close.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 38years of experience in PreSales Consulting or Business Development with a focus on fintech solutions.
- Prior exposure to selling to or working within the telecom industry is a strong advantage.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Indepth understanding of financial solutions including digital payments mobile wallets loan products or digital banking platforms.
Documentation Skills:
- Proven ability to draft technical and business documentation for RFI/RFP processes.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy in crafting proposals.
Solution Selling:
- Expertise in consultative selling with a clear understanding of customer needs and aligning solutions to address business challenges.
- Ability to identify crossselling opportunities and create compelling value propositions for telecom clients.
Presentation Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills capable of delivering complex solutions in a simplified manner.
