Job Description
We are hiring for Cluster Head Operations for one of our security industry and we required senior candidates for this role.
Note Only security industry will be preferable.
Responsibilities
Manpower Management: Effectively oversee workforce allocation and performance to optimize productivity and ensure project success.
Good Knowledge of Profit and Losses: Utilize financial acumen to analyze profit margins control costs and drive sustainable business growth.
Union Management: Navigate labor relations with unions to foster positive negotiations and maintain harmonious workplace dynamics.
Site Operations: Supervise daytoday site activities ensuring adherence to safety standards and efficient project .
Team Management: Lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve common goals while fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
Area Handling: Strategically manage geographical areas to enhance operational efficiency and meet regional demands effectively.
Billing and Collections: Oversee invoicing processes and collections to ensure timely revenue flow and maintain financial health.
Qualifications
Any Graduation
