Role: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: freelancer 1 year experience in recruitment agency
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients who require recruitment services. Utilize various channels including LinkedIn job boards networking events and industry contacts to generate leads.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into clients. Build and nurture strong relationships with decisionmakers within target companies.
- Requirement Gathering: Thoroughly understand client needs and requirements. Collaborate with clients to obtain detailed job descriptions and specific recruitment needs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business and close deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities client interactions and pipeline status. Regularly provide updates and reports to the management team.
