Established in 1965 our client operates 30 warehouses 27 network points across Europe and manages over 240 trucks employing 370 people globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts addressing internal and external client requests ensuring smooth delivery operations and handling traffic feasibility.
- Resolve anomalies with agents and partners determining whether client communication is necessary and ensuring quick resolution.
- Coordinate express deliveries manage feasibility studies select service providers and ensure final implementation with the operations team using SAP.
- Handle claims analyze network issues and provide client feedback.
- Prepare regular reports outlining any challenges encountered and the corrective actions taken.
Tools and Systems:
- Must be proficient in using Excel and SAP.
- Onthejob training will be provided for other necessary tools and systems.
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience in Customer Service within a road transport company is desired with additional experience in logistics or transport providers as a plus.
- Ability to work with Englishspeaking clients and manage relationships with key partners in heavy transport industries like perfumery.
- Commercial mindset with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
Position and Opportunities:
- The position offers opportunities for advancement with potential to grow into leadership roles or take on additional responsibilities within the Customer Service team.
- The employee will work as part of a team of 10 Key Account Managers reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
- One day per week can be worked remotely.
Working Hours:
- Standard office hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Recruitment Process:
- This role replaces an employee who is relocating after 7 years. A smooth handover is planned.
- Two interviews are scheduled with the Customer Service Manager and HR Director. No tests are required for this position.
