SENIOR MANAGER (REMOTE)
Location: Sechelt British Columbia (Remote anywhere in BC)
Salary: $115K $140K

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review NTR review and audit engagements independently and effectively.
- Deliver complete and timely products to Partners.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients industries including construction charities NPOs quasigovernment organizations and school districts.
- Provide technical expertise on ASPE ASNPO and PSAS standards.
- Manage and mentor engagement teams offering guidance and career development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring highquality work and new business opportunities.
- Oversee client portfolios and deliver innovative solutions to meet their needs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
MustHave Skills:
- Canadian CPA Designation
- 6 years of private enterprise experience at another CPA firm including compilations audit engagements and NTRs.
- 3 years of team management experience.
- Knowledge and experience with ASPE ASNPO and PSAS standards.
- Experience working with clients in industries such as construction NPOs government school districts and charities.
Ideal Background:
- Experience with Big 4 Firms (EY KPMG PwC Deloitte) midsized firms (MNP Grant Thornton RSM) or small/boutique firms.
- Proficiency in CaseWare/Caseview and TaxPrep is an asset.
- Experience in a paperless environment is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel to the Sunshine Coast three times per year including our annual conference (more if desired).
